For a long time, the market for organically grown products was dominated almost exclusively by fresh food with a shorter shelf life. However, organic quality and longer shelf life are not mutually exclusive. Under strict regulations, more and more processed foods with a longer shelf life are now produced according to ecological principles. To be able to offer our customers this emerging product category, we obtained certification in accordance with the EU Organic Regulation at the beginning of 2016.
